Had a pop at making some brioche from scratch..Bit overbaked on the outside but fucking wellfluffy inside Got two choc cakes in oven. Had the urge to make some niiiice monch. One cake is funky, one isnt.

I need to read up on this shit. Chop in a few weeks. Loads of cookie trim in freezer still.
