From my experience, there is no such thing as root bound. As long as you give the plants what they need, they will be fine. When you're growing in party cups, the plants need allot of care and love, since there is only 16 oz's of medium, the plants demand more then a plant in a regular pot...

Any strain would be good, maybe an auto flower or something to keep it simple. I would look for a fast finisher, i could hook you up with some beans if you wanted.

Nice, JH is super frosty ass strain, my main strain that i have is basically a JH cross too. You should Def try n get more of those beans, that Pheno you got looks strait fire! I love the Cough Lock as well bongsmilie
