Whether or not I'd let them go 8wks. in veg would depend on lighting and height of the space available. If I was using 1000w or more in flower, then yes, I might let them go that long. It is tough to say how tall they really are, as i super cropped each plant a couple of times and trained them...

14 wks from cracking the seeds, and about 6-7 wks into flower.
