I have found that above 85 is too hot to for them, during flowering but during veg no problems just need more water. nature temp are all over THE place so some times i give them warm days, cool days mist during the light hours sometimes. remember your playing ma nature so switch it up sometimes...

cfl come in cools bule spec. (daylight) t5 or reds spec. (harvest sun) use both with a hps gives it added blues and reds. All the way thru.............

I have found that alittle light during veg dark cycle does nothing. however during flowering i've tried to make it as dark as possible. I've also wondered, if the moon is out during 12/12 in nature and plants still flower outside with no promblems. What's the difference from a little light...

neem oil spray or bomb ..both work to stop the repoduction not only to kill the adults, safe for plants too.. spider mites...

i've also notice spots like this when i would mist my plants at night and they would be wet in the dark cycle. next day white spots.

do you have little flies flying around? If so it's white flies no worries all you have to do is catch em, use duct tape. Stick it around your grow like ol time fly traps. works! Hope this helps but if not, the internet is full of rambling idiots. keep searching....lol
