I personally don't think stealth is a real issue... if it gets scanned and you are sent a pair of socks, a toy car, a T-shirt, a wallet etc... any of those sort of things and there are seeds in it, it's going to look dodgy if it's in an individually named little plastic bag, glass vials or paper...
