Ive had some of the blue lowes buckets and you still need to cover them or lights gonna penetrate. I know black bucket are better but if you dont have the money and you can simply cover your buckets or paint them till you can at least afford to buy some black ones, i dont see a problem with it.

Just got a question, got some white buckets for a $1 just wondering if painting them with a good black spray paint(several coats)would be sufficient enough to keep light out.

great advice, I believe I've got it handled now, at any time there is to much foam in my res I can add a few drops of processed squid and it disappears instantly.

Go HID so much more light, don't buy into the LED hype.

I prefer H.I.D more than anything else. Try the LED section someone there will definitely have the input you seek. good luck

I remove if small and and aren't gonna produce much anyway, but always do it before flower. You can pretty much tell if you have small branches that aren't going to produce anything but popcorn. I think it helps yield in the end cause you have more yield top wise as opposed to a few little...
