no you cant, coco a and b are specifically design for coco only, i gues its going to couse problems if u did use it in soil

rhizotonic is top, i used it along with another plant that i didnt use the rhizotonic on, and the diffrence, rhoots grow much quiker and much stronger ! i compared the roots at the end of the grow, and what i see with the rhizotonic the roots are much thicker and much more white in colour!

it depends on ur reflecktor and the fan thats connected to it. thum of rule is put ur back of the hand just where the plant tops are for abt 1 min and if it feels uncomfortable its to close, with the reflecktor i hav and the fan i can get my 600w hps up to 7-8 inches from the tops
