I found with this method I have had 100%germ rate so far. Things you need 1. Starter Tray with Dome with vents 2. Heating matt walmart brand will do 3. Root Riot cubes nothing to do with Matt Riot 4.Timer with 6 on/off settings so it can be on 12+ hours around 76-80 dagrees is best...
