I tried it on some of my last plants and the only one that worked out ended up being male.and I was kinda wanting to try and not have to pinch plus from the looks of the new growth I may not need to top or anything.

The 5th element is doing great it has new growth coming out of every spot possible.ill grab some pics of it tomorrow.looks like it's going to be nice and bushy which works perfect for scrog.chocoloco is open and growing it's first set of points so it shouldn't be long before it starts growing faster

Yea.i usually wait till I see signs of fading or something before I feed but I don't want to wait too long.since the 5th element is looking good I may just keep waiting

Debating on starting to feed some nutes to the 5th element.been using plain water and it's doing great.on one hand I want to wait a little longer and on the other I want to start a low dose feed.will post some new pics when I get off work.

So what are everyone's thoughts on veg stage light cycles? Currently I'm running 16 on 8 off.ive thought about going 18 on but idk if it makes that much of a diffence.anyone ever compared the 2 cycles to see what difference it makes?

I originally was going to add 1 6500k with 3 of the 2700k but I went for pure wattage over color.i had 30,000 lumens using all my 2700k and they loved it.they were showing pistils within a few days of switching to flowering.

Gonna try out the scrog screen the plant is just a little short and idk if I want to take the pots out they are sitting on and set the shelf the next notch down or just leave them like that until they grow a little bigger then drop them down.

Lookin good.i used 4 26w 6500k cfls to veg then switched to 2 55w and 2 68w 2700k to flower in my micro cfl box.

Not very much I got a whopping 10 grams +/-.it was good just not much of it but they were pretty tiny plants

The cabinet is only about 35" tall and I've got my light hanging a few inches from the top so I don't have much to go up so I figured I'd go out the space is about 25x19" and I'm only doing 2 plants at a time so I should be able to fill the space up some I made a Scrog screen out of the shelf...

I would like to Scrog these plants but I've never done it before and I don't want to screw anything up but I would like to maximize my space by filling the cabinet up with buds

The chocoloco cracked the surface this morning so it shouldn't be long before it is out fully.ill get some pics of both once it pops through.

This is my 3rd.first was a total fail with 4ft+ plants and nowhere enough light so 2nd one I didn't have space so I used an old frog tank I had and about 250 actual watts of CFL it would have been much better had I been able to veg longer but I was happy with the little bit they produced.

It wasn't much shorter than that when I planted it.and I just wanted to make sure it would sprout before I planted it unlike the white widow x big bud that didn't open.usually I just plant them but with so many problems I figured I'd check it before I put it in the dirt
