Yeah i would go with CFL's, that cup you were talkin about was mine. I got that yield with 184 watts of CFL's, Or 8, 23 watt Bulbs, the 100 watt replacements. I had mine like this, this was before i added two more, only six showing here I got some more cups going that I put into flowering...
