Its not too late to seperate them if you are careful. Once they get bigger they are going to get root bound and growth will be slow unless you get them into a huge pot.

If you blow air directly on your plants they will dry out and the leaves will start to die. They need the ciculation but not direct air on them.

Looks like you could use more Nitrogen in your mix. N deficencys start with the biggest leaves yellowing then works its way through the smaller ones. For hydro I keep my ph between 5.2 and 5.8 and for soil its 6.2-6.8. Good Luck!
