my plant hasen grown in about 2 weeks now im worried.

hey i have 2 plants currently 1 month 1 week into veg and i want to flower early,they are starting to produce preflower. i live in the uk and was wondering it they would flower outside? i will put them inside at night because it gets cold. thanks
