i use FFoF as well and i can only speak from experience and tell you that i have the best of luck and great results with a all around nutrient regiment. i use the flora nova line of nutrients that is only 2 bottle, a VEG bottle and BLOOM bottle, easy as pie with very staright forward feeding...
