Lumens do not add up like this. There are all kinds of threads on this topic. Watts however do. If you have 4 100 watt cfls, then you have 400 watts on the plants. If each cfl puts out say 2000 lumens, then you still only have 2000 lumens for the plants.

Every once in a while seedlings do amazing tricks, just like yours is doing. It looks good, healthy, and it's growing. I do not see a problem with your one side missing plant, nothing to worry about.
