well i do 2 1000watts in a 4x8 tent and its perfect.....But like i said its not just about the 5x5 verse 4x4 theres more to consider like i said the size of the plant and pot size make a difference too.....

well a 1000w is Ideal coverage for a 4x4 tent but like gastanker said it dosent make much sence to put the smaller light in the bigger tent....Id put the 1000w in the 5x5 and use that as your flower room......And i wouldnt put more then 6 5gallon pots in there.... Also if you go 1000w in 5x5...

im not sure what the "pill and water thingy" is but everything falls on the scale of Accidic or Alkaline.... Milk is Alkaline and Orange juice is Acitic..... ok so the water that you give your plants must have the right PH level....the scale is from 1-14 1 being most accidic and 14 being most...

no 5 gallon is cool just figure out how your going to get it from that jug to your plants...I use to mix my water in a 5 gallon jug then i would poor 1 gallon at a time into a water can then water my plants with the watering can.......Ive now upgraded to a 15 gallen rubber trash can...I fill up...

how you going to water your plants?? got a resorvior? or watering wond?? how about a pump? or airstone?? this is drain to waste right?? might need a hose to run from pump to wond....you going to use a water can??

how about PH/TDS meter and some measureing shot glasses or even better a huge medical surenge.... and why are you getting a Humidifyer?? do you live in the desert?? usually a Dehumidifyer is more useful......

If your running an "open" loop room then having an AC unit dosent work very well because you are constintly exhausting out your cool Air conditioned air out of your room.....And if you shut the exhaust fan off to allow your AC to cool the room then you are not allowing any new Co2(air) to enter...

Your ballast has to be compatible with 240v outlet.... I only buy ballasts that run 120/240v so some only run 120v some only run 240v and some do BOTH......So you need to look on your ballast and see if it will even run 240v.... As for your second question i dont understand what your asking...

just remember when you bend the ducting or make the air travel around a corner you are causing your air flow to be effected alot.....Even one 90 degree bend as a big effect.....

noise is another factor....I like to use a bigger fan then i need so i can run it at slower RPM and still have enough CFM to cool my lights and exhaust my room..... Bigger fan bigger ducting equals LESS noise.... I also use insulated ducting and put a 4ft duct silencer on the back side of my 8"...

how ever you do it just remember that you bring in fresh c02(air) and then your MUST remove old hot AIR ... i dont like the idea of sending it back into your home i think your way better off sending it up into your attic.... If you want you can send it up into your attic then add a booster fan...

well you can use multipul breakers EX: in my apartment i use the breaker in the room the grow is in and i use a heavy extension card to run to another outlet thats on a seperate breaker in a different room.....If you are in a house i would strongly suggest putting in a 240v breaker that way you...

yes way to big.......If you went to a 400w you would need actual exhaust system....That means 4"inline fan and a space of minmium of 3'x3'x6' space.... a dresser is not big enough for a 400w and you really need to have fresh air with co2 coming into your "shoe box" grow and old co2 depleated...

First thing id do is figure out what kind of ventilation you are going to have thats most important and should be worked out before anything else is, aside from electrical...... Are you going to have a "open loop" or "closed loop" system... If you go open loop you will NEED a proper exhaust...
