ye the more watts the better especially for 1st time growers, experimenting with clf's a few times u may find urself using them all the time as it is cheap and simple and can still yeild if u do it correctly. if that helped lol :D

just chuck a few normal household bulbs under them for now about 5" way from the plants and keep tempratures 22-28. also try and buy some of the (6500k) bulbs a few hundred wats of them should do ur plants very good for vegtation stage then get a few hundered watts of 2700k daylight spectum...
