What do you think is NASA's "big discovery" of mars?

    I misunderstood you.

What do you think is NASA's "big discovery" of mars?

Whatever their "big discovery" is it's a new one... http://news.yahoo.com/nasa-curiositys-history-changing-discovery-221110775.html Thinking about it now I doubt it's methane, "history changing" wouldn't be something that was basically already known just not measured and documented. My second...

What do you think is NASA's "big discovery" of mars?

You are correct in saying Methane does not prove that there is life, but it certainly suggests it. If not produced by biological processes then it must have been produced from geological processes. In hindsight I should not have said "proof." "nobody is suggesting that has a biological...

    Reserva Privada OG #18 waterfarm

hmmmm... no rockwool or anything like that? interesting... how long do you keep them in the paper towel, until you see a decent root coming out of the seed or do you let them pop completely out of the shell?

    Seed buying question

I was given crap for talking about this on here, I guess it's "bad form"? they said. Whatever that means... I don't see a problem with sharing that info considering it seems that everyone puts a false name on your statement. I recently bought from Sannie and it was a completely different name...

    Reserva Privada OG #18 waterfarm

Looking nice, I was hoping to come upon a good OG #18 journal. Can't wait to see those babies cured. I know I'm a little late but how did you germinate them, paper towel method, rockwool? Have never germinated seeds for hydro(clones), just paper towel method and then into soil for my outdoor...

What do you think is NASA's "big discovery" of mars?

It's all over the web but they won't announce what it is until the data has been confirmed. My first guess would be Methane or other proof that life once existed on mars. Water, gold or other precious metals are other possibilities. It's pretty obvious to me water was once flowing on the...

Sannie's Jack Herer ~ jack f7, gonna be a long winter, wtf.

What has kept you away from his Jack?

Sannie's Jack Herer ~ jack f7, gonna be a long winter, wtf.

interesting, you have a link? Is that from Dr. Greenthumb? I see your link, I never said that it wasn't a legit strain, just that I doubt Dr. Greenthumbs is that same strain.

Not the real deal and it's not on his website.

Sannie's Jack Herer ~ jack f7, gonna be a long winter, wtf.

Well considering his JH is a F7, I'm sure it's pretty stable. At least I hope so, I was planning on only germinating 5 seeds and picking a mother(which I plan out of whatever females I get from those 5. I grow bigger plants in my hydro so I only have room for 4, which sort of puts me in a...

Sannie's Jack Herer ~ jack f7, gonna be a long winter, wtf.

Ya, I'm probably going to do a journal. I live down in the center of the lower peninsula so I'm pretty far from you. Honestly I couldn't tell you the odds of you getting the real deal but I'd bet they're probably not good considering it is one of the rarest strains. It really depends on how...

Sannie's Jack Herer ~ jack f7, gonna be a long winter, wtf.

Man, I'm jealous, wish I could get my hands on a legit Alaskan Thunderfuck clone. I have some Sannie JH f7's coming in the mail at the moment, going to do a winter grow as well. I only have 10 regular seeds coming and I'm still on the fence whether to germ them in rockwool or get some root...

    good germination techniques

Anyone stupid enough to put their rockwool cubes at the bottom of their net pot deserves to get stem rot. I have always used hydroton clay pebbles with about 3 inches of them under my cube in the net pot and to me that was just common sense.

    seeds???

I mentioned that in a previous thread and there were quite a few negative comments on it, many saying there were better cheese strains(blue cheese was mentioned). Just use the search engine on RIU or google the strains, RIU threads will even come up near the top if not the first on google where...

    seeds???

I would say Sannies as well, though I haven't received my order yet I have heard nothing but good things from them. I have 10 Sannie's Jack Herer F7 reg. seeds coming for $50 minus shipping. Can't beat that price for someone with his rep. If you want a seedbank I would suggest Herbie's, they...

    good germination techniques

"This probably applies most in the case of flood/drain in a fast draining media such as hydroton." I can see that in a flood/drain but in RDWC the rockwool is far from "soaking wet"(also depends on how low you put the cube in the net pot) so I don't think that makes sense in a DWC. I like...

    good germination techniques

Good info, I've been growing in RDWC hydro for quite a while now but have only used clones in rockwool. I have Sannies Jack Herer F7 on the way for my first indoor seed grow. Like I said, i have always had great success germinating using paper towel method and then into soil for my outdoor...
