Typically males show within the first week and females generally follow 3-7 days later. So about 2 weeks (some sooner) from the start of 12/12.

What are you feeding them? It looks like they are deficient in P, mg, and cal. This would be due to low ph making those elements unavailable to the plants. Have you checked the ph? If so what is it?

Take those heat lamps back and exchange them for cfl lights, the daylight ones. The heat lamps are way too hot for the plants and you cannot move them closer. You will be much happier with cfl lights because they are easier to judge and work with. Someday you may want to invest in an hps lamp...
