of course you need to feed during flowering...Yes less Nitrogen and more P-K. MG is tough to work with because it is so easy to overfeed. You just have to watch your plants that all and see what they are telling you. If I were you start researching on flowering there are tons of journals here...

Did you find anything else out about it? What feeding schedule? what nutes? pot size, pH, ppms of nutes going in and ppms of drainage. You must know all your variables to understand what is wrong with your plants. With the same nute schedule I am wondering why there is a problem....
