I don't know about the RR but I know that they spray along the Power lines. My buddy has a camp way up north on the side of the power lines and every 4 or 5 years the send a notice that they will be spraying de-foligage. They only make one pass and it never seems to make it to the outer sides...

About the PPMs Stink, I can't even find a meter that goes above 1999. What kind of meter do you have and know of a plce I can find one?
