should the airstone be all the way in the bottom of the res or toward the top? and should i swap the water out afterward since durring the process light will be getting in?

yo i went out and got an air pump some hose and some airstones how do i go about putting this in?

okay so here is a pic of what i got im using a 150w fixture for these 42w bulbs, will this be a problem i dont understand the wattage on these things

thanks for the reply i only got one because i wasnt sure if it was even gonna get here i thought it would get confiscated or something i used some random sight cuz i didnt do any research before i ordered. and it is feminized i made sure to order that

so a 42w cfl will be fine in a 60w lamp?

i just got my seed in today and i started germinating it in the aerogarden. is it faster to do it in a paper towl? i have a pic of my setup let me know what you think. i know its kinda a poor-mans setup. advise and oppionions along the way would be greatly appreciated.
