Isay if it's still attached good enough,keep it. i did the same thing couple weeks ago and used some duct tape to hold it together. Yesterday i checked and the stem was growing fine and had a HUGE 'knuckle" where it repaired itself.

Thanx for the quick responses. I do have a little bit of stretch i think but since this is just my 2nd grow i'm not to sure what to compare it to. I will look into it more.

Just curious if lumens don't add up then why do the multiple bulb t5 units advertise as "x" amount of lumens? I'm pretty sure your not getting 60,000 lumens from just one bulb,correct? Are t5's different? Or is it just another "false advertisement"?

Anyone ever see the hps or metal halide bulbs they sell at lowes stores? They had Phillips brand bulbs up to 400 watt for about 25-30 bucks. I been using my eye hortilux bulbs for veg and flower but am curious if the 400 watt metal halide is any good,and/or would be better then using the hps...

Veg box up and doing a test run as we speak. Still haven't tried my luck with cloning,but will HAVE to in the next few days because i bought a new bulb and am ready to flower these girls. Not bad for a noob i think. Two weeks difference....

I did my first grow (hydro/dwc) with just ph test kit from GH and a sketchy tds meter. I always had temp and humidity gauges going. But i am waiting on my new tds and ph meter to get here in the mail because im learning they are a MUST if you dont know what yourdoing or how to read your plants...
