Thanks buddy, it's an exciting journey :) I had some peat pellets laying around, wet them, cut the clones and trimmed leaves, dipped in cloning gel and all appears good so far.

Hey guys, I currently have a 60x60x80H cm cabinet with 2 12cm pc fans to cool a 125w 6400k cfl under a reflector. Is responding lovely to topping and LST. Currently one White Rhino plant the cfl is doing ok but the growth rate is really slow and since I need to purchase a cfl in 2700k to flower...

Pretty much week 8 and she's a mum. Took her out of the pot to add some more soil mixed with a little bat guano and a banana skin. Raised the plant 2 inches and she gets nice airflow. Root system looks healthy Took 3 cuttings, have made some space as was getting a bit bushy and overcrowded...

7 weeks old now and all appears good :) it's slow growth but looks healthy. It's not quite so cold here so humidity has risen a bit.

Dug away some soil underneath the plant and moved the light to back of the cabinet. Reflector is touching back of cabinet and 100% of airflow now goes through the plant. Temps have dropped slightly, between 20-25 degress now. Can see the leaves gently swaying in the breeze. She's reacting well...

I'm going for some precise LST for maximum light absorbtion to work with the shit penetration of the cfl. She's beautiful and I adore her You can also see where I topped her, maybe I was a bit rushed, the cut isn't super clean... Maybe its FIM'd, we see what grows in it's place

Week 6 now and I'm not super impressed by how much growth I'm getting but intersting to see her grow so compact and get a bit bushier. I've started LST and topped her for the first time also.

My girl is loving the new setup, much quicker growth and putting on a bit of size. Also buried some cut up mango and banana skins in the soil. It's nice to see some progress

Ok so another 2 weeks have passed, going on a month old now. The 23w cfl just didn't seem to give much growth so I swapped back to the 125w, temps were hitting 35 degrees so drilled some air vents in the reflector and installed my fans which have temps sitting at a sweet 25. It's a cold dry...

Has been off to a slow start but starting to take off now

Hey lads n lasses, Just a quick one... My White Rhino seedling has been above ground for a week, under a 23w CFL and it's nice and green except the ends of the round leaves are a bit yellow but it hasn't grown. The stem appears strong and it's pointing towards the light fine. Grown in peat...

Not much to report, changed the big cfl for a 23w CFL at 6400k, temps are much nicer now. Seedling starting to take off. Second seedling shed it's shell and stayed the same size and ended up dying o_O bit frustrating but 3rd time lucky :) it looks like we're off.
