Your plant has a long life ahead Id wait till the start of the 4th week. Its really up to you though. If you want to start them on a feeding schedule I would start at the 1/4str and go up from there. What size pot is the plant in right now?? I would think a 3-5gal would be ideal. I have mine...

Make sure to try to keep the plant in the same type of medium. Ex- miracle grow soil for seedling=miracle grow for veg thats just to be safe though. You can transplant into any medium but watch out for one medium drying out to fast due to drainage differences. That and they are just different...
