Hmm indeed it does look like nute burn I would flush for a hole week and start from there. You don't want to do that to many times could effect growth and in turn yield.

Scotts with out a doubt. MG has a lot of nutes in it and seem like it is easy to give plants some sort of nute burn through the veg cycle.

I would say yea you can. Start using it at a 1/4 the recommendation. Once every three waterings or so.
