i prune off the bottom third by the 3rd week of flower.... if you are pass that point then you can still take them off but the plant has already invested too much energies into them to waste IMO.... clones from flowering plants need to be reverted IME if taken past week 2..... not my...

^^^thats the way work smarter not harder.... I like to leave my lights where they are... I tried moving lights up and down with the plants under them, and i found thats a great way to potentially ruin your crop if a reflector falls down. could be a huge disaster....
