You say that the big fan leaves are starting to yellow. Plants move from growing foliage nice and green to spending all the nutes in bud production. Often times the plant does not get enough nitrogen during veg and once introduced into flowering fans leaves start to turn yellow prematurely...

I have heard that rooting gel is the best way to go because the powder doesn't spread out effectively.... have you heard anything like this??

Did the neem oil have any effect on the taste of the bud? When was the last time you sprayed the big bush...just for my own knowledge :mrgreen:

Read the thread and first the plant looked good. :weed: Good luck with the trimming and curing. I think it was a good plant just to be bagseed. And the experience growing it priceless.

If you are looking for that couch lock then wait till at least 50% trich are amber.....once they start turning cloudy theoretically you can harvest

The more and more I hear about all these CFL set ups makes me want to go with a CFL for veg time.

That ph level will lockout nutes. I would wait for the ph level to down because it would be useless to give them nutes right now

You need to make a journal on this one...I am interested to see what happens....as everyone has already said I dont think the CFL's will have enough power to produce that much bud. But hey on the other side it would be a good outcome if you did get close to a pound!

Hey freeleaf I have heard that the lumatex digital ballast is not that great. I was in a nursery last week and the guy helping me said their customers were not really satisfied with the lumatex life. I guess he was implying that things were going out on the ballast or it was burning bulbs...
