if you took the clone form a plant that was in the flowering stage the cutting will root, but it will need to REVERT BACK TO THE VEGETATIVE CYCLE befor you can start "growing it" and getting ti ready for flower. this can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month or so.... it will work...

intake isn't going to really push much air out... not at the same efficiency an exhaust fan will do. intake will push air in. the air will have to find its own way out. exhaust pulls air into and out of the area. exhaust your veg cab and you will achieve "intake" in addition.
