most strains take 8-9 weeks to flower some 10-14weeks. I wouldnt cut the light back that will only cause the buds to be SMALLER keep it 12/12 for another 4 week and your buds will be much bigger. DO NOT harvest befor 8 weeks it will be crapy weed

When I did my clones it a full 7 days to even see roots. some even took 12 days. Just make sure you have enough light overtop and a humidity dome of some kind.
