Not sure of how to get rid of it. Chlorine will evaporate but chloramine doesn't. It's much worse than chlorine. If you can find a way to remove it, it would significantly improve your yield and quality. Yes it is very damaging to beneficial bacteria. It's chlorine with ammonia.

thanks dude. the pots i think are 45s. i amended the soil with alfalfa, kelp, blood meal and a little bit of bone and potash. i recently put quite a bit of potash on the girls in the ground. then ive watered three times with fish emulsion, superthrive, humic acid and aloe vera. so im thinking...
