my plants may be different but all bag seeds. is it ok to give them flowering nutes while in veg stage? like fox farm tiger bloom 2-8-4 or big bloom 0.01-0.3-0.7 if so which is best to give them to grow new growth on the stem? they r almost 4 weeks old now.

i pick up some spring water for my plants and check the ph was just as bad as my tap water. then i got some distilled water its ph was 6.0. cant u use vingar/baking soda for PH?
