Should work great for 2 plants. Just keep the light as close as possible and you might wanna try some LST on the ladies for deeper light penetration. We have never personally used the t5's for flower, but have seen many growers(with the proper light spectrum) grow some dank budz!

We use a 4' x 4 bulb t5 set up for veg and could not be happier! How much area are you trying to cover with it and are you vegging or flowering with it?

We are no experts, but if you are 6 weeks into flower that looks like normal discoloring to us. Looks like hints of purple in there too. Could be some cooler temps bringing the purple tint out. Some times it is some sort of nutrient deficiency or environmental stress, but again to us it does not...
