If they haven't broken soil yet good... I don't put light on them (sun only), till a couple of days AFTER the round leaves (cotyledons) have opened and the little fan leaves (sawtooth) are forming and starting to open... too easy to toast them.... when you put them in containers leave about...

Yep... like a 1/2 curled/spiral tube... What I've used for veg and they work great are two 26W CFL (100w incandescent eq) on a Y splitter $15.00 for all.. that will do 1 -2 plants no problem..but more is better.....
