you can stop feeding N nutes, and potash will slow verticle growth, you could top, crack, or pinch them now... you could do LSTing of FIMING to slow verticle growth... I think your fine, they dont necessarily grow 3x- you can expect to have 4-5 feet plants if you let them go with out topping...
