I was given a BB clone a few weeks ago and at about 8" I start to bent the stem.. tightening daily till its at 90 degrees to what it was.... Actually thats exactly when to do it.. if you can't grow lots or have a room issue this will give you more..let me check..hold on.. I'm back... I started...

You said 65w.. thats the equivalent right.. so a 13w CFL...(60w reg)... I'd repot in bigger pot and bury up to the bottom leaves.... water every 3-4 days... If you're using 65w eq, I'd try to get two 26w CFL's(100w eq) on a Y splitter ($15.00 for all) .. putting a fan on it will help strengthen...
