no. you need pressure to get the temperature higher (to sterilize your jars for shrooms, right). water boils at 212 deg F with no pressure and will never get any hotter no matter what because it boils off NOW... seal that beotch up so it holds 15psi and now you're cooling at like 257 deg F...
