I just grew "Kandy Kush". BOMB strain, and easy to work with. I'd really suggest it, it was dope. Usually I go with Dr. Greenthumb (Overpriced seeds, but I believe their worth it. These are bomb as any though, and they are middle of the line for price ($90 for 6 seeds)

The sun (a plants "optimal" growing fixture) provides 15k per SQUARE FOOT. If ventilation is proper, the THERE CAN NOT be too much light.

If your serious about this, this is one of the best lights ever (if you were asking me, at least). I run two of them, and LOVE it. You simply put "active" ducting (ducting connected to a fan) n both sides, and the lights will stay as cool as a pool. I have a friend who did a makeshift one too...

You can never have too much light. You CAN, however, have too much heat. More lights = more heats = more exhaust needed. If you are choosing to go this route, be sure to use a fan with high (250-400) cfm. Lumens are lumens, as far as I know. No more are needed for flower than were needed...
