i just PHed the soil and it's all coming in at 6 - 6.5 a little low but just barely. i attribute some of that to using unfiltered tap water but at least i let it sit out for a day or 2 before the plants get it so the chlorine is down. i think it has a lot of calcium in it though. I'll stretch...
