I know they are all female as they are cuttings I took from my mother plants but I was just concerned as to why they are showing pistils during the veg cycle. So this is completely normal?

What's up guys, I just got done looking at my g-13 and it appears to have pistils coming out, My question is how? all six of my plants have been under 24/0 hours of HPS light and only my g-13 is doing this. Is this normal? Sorry to sound like a noob but it's just weird to me , my last grow...
