^^^ What he said, I would let my plants use up all the nutrients that are in the soil and then start your feeding schedule as usual.

Just stay away from soil that contains time released fertilizers and you should be good. I would personally go with Fox Farm Ocean Forest but I'm not sure if they sell it at those stores. Get something that is organic.

I don't know anything about sunshine mix, but FFOF cost only $18 dollars for a 50 pound bag that old man is over charging for it. I don't think that flushing will remove the nutrients that are already in the soil and I wouldn't flush to begin with because all the stuff in FFOF is great shit...

Happened to me while budding, burned it on a 400 watter HPS. The top of the cola took forever to heal and almost seemed to be stunted and did not look like a normal top.
