Is there a fool proof way to grow without hermies ever occuring !!! As feminised tend to hermie and allso regular iv'e heard so is there any way what so ever to stop this happening ?

I av had feminised once before , 5 of them from green house seed company, they all hermed,, i av just gone wiv some regular this time but only got 2 from 5 that i germinated, need a better hit ratio than that, can any one vouch for feminised? Anyone had any look with them?
