no what im saying is during this sleepin period u speak of the plants never rest so techniquely they arent really sleeping and im not familiar with desert plants so i cannot answer that question but wen the lights are out marijuana is still hard at work

this statement is actually flase! during the lights off period the plant is not sleeping but infact working more than it did wit the lights on!...the only time a plant 'sleeps' is right after it rains and the ground is leached....hence why some of us on here practice the 'making it rain'...

thank u sir! my point is that the plant will still b healthy and still grow under 24hr...but, it will not b at its best! i justy dont understand how ppl are getting faster more vigerous growth...those of us that have done numerous times will kno for sure that 18/6 has better faster results...

i dont look at the very tops of the colas as those usually ripe earlier than the rest of the plant..i look at pretty much every bud...and i check from the tops to about midway of the bud...and i dont look at the trichs on the leaves cuz those normally get amber be4 the trichs on the buds
