i needed a quick veg build but no mh ballast..soo iwent to lowes..bought a 400 watt mh bulb and i am using it with the quantum...all i do is bring down the power to 300 watts..so yes...that 400 watt bulb is buring at 300 watts..havent tryed it at the 450 seting as im sure it maywork but i need...

ok soo so now with 4 of these things there still loud as fuck..but i do like that dimmable ballast idea..cu i can run 400 watt hm bulb to 300 watts with one of the ballast..its good to have ateast one of these in your invetory soo you can always have that option if u need a mh real quick to...

looks good..the other one seems to have a ton of tubing...all you really need is one hose inthe middle of each then run your sprayers from spinder lines..

ahh i hate those,...another home brew idea i ahve seen is people make a Tobacco tea..out of some fresh American spirits grounded up and steep that in hot water..this works very well..but be carfull

you need misters..better yet i would jsut have them come from the top and no pipe inside..seems like a lot of work and it may get clogged by roots..

yea morris si right.... what hes saying you want sog cus you only veg for lik eweek tops or less..then right into flower...with fewer plants you have to veg for months then flower..its alabout the turnaround time and howmany cycles you can doo..

yea i jsut pick up a few of those 3 by 6 tables deals... in each side are going 36 cuts...will be flowered at 6 to 8 inchs...

24 plants sog at flower hight of 6 inchs is not sea of grean..for that space you would use somthing closer to 50 to 60 clones.... 127 in a full flood table is sog...4 by 8...so just half that... id get a 4 by 4 table to put it in there ..or use one gallon pots...good luck...and make it hydro...
