I'm using tap water, and the nutes are botanicare CNS17 bloom, I have also been giving them Sweet through out the grow and with the last res change I used the Heavy Weight instead of Sweet, this morning I added a little CalMag. I added the calmag cause of the yellowing will swap out the res on...

I'm on my second grow and now I am really unsure about the status of this plant. I have been keeping the ph at 5.8 and the ppm no more than 1200ppm. Check out the leaves they look sick and I think the plant is dying. Any suggestions?

I removed the 2 males. I was reluctant because 1 of them smelled so strong! I mean it was reeking!

Anyone got any suggestions on how to handle theses 2 males? Dutch Master reverse, is that a good move, or no? If you are wondering the Martin Mean Green is a a definate female and the Julio has 1 female and 2 males. I don't have any more Martian Mean Green either, I messed up the seeds.:dunce:

Update: It's been a week since I switched to 12/12 and I have 2 males and 2 females. I'm thinking about getting Dutch Master Reverse and not cutting down my males to keep all the plants for harvest. I have had a little bit of trouble along the way. I'm pretty sure that I have became the victim...

A little update since their new home. There is new growth from the stems!

Oh yeah small new leaves are sprouting from where the branch and limb meet. I'm trying to decide when to go to 12 on 12 off.

Here is an update on my progress. The plants are growing, not sure if they are growing fast, slow, or what. Just a reminder I'm running a 400 watt mh right now 18 on 6 off. Fox Farm Hydro Grow big. I just built a 4x4x6.5' closet for them. I also got the walls lined with Mylar. Here are some pics

I changed out the solution to just plain water PH is stable. Did not add any nutes tonight. Just gonna see how the gurls respond to this. I'm worried about the roots getting tangled up because I think I'm gonna have to transplant them into bigger net pots as time passes. Here are some pics.

I checked on the plants and when I looked at my reservoir the roots are tangled together. Is that good or bad? Also the gurls have grown a little bit since Friday. I was planning on swapping out the nute solution this evening so I'll post pics then.

Ok great advice I will do that. I have 1 question, When you said to use just the the cubes you mean with no hydroton around it and just sit them in the net pot?

Ok. Does the PPM determine if I'm using too much nutes or is that something I can determine just from looking at the plants and seeing discoloration, wilting, etc? Should I flush my plants? If so with what? After I flush them will that encourage a sprout in growth?
