Do u keep them under 24hours of light from seed to veg state and switch to a 18 to 6 lighting theme, please took a look at my post and see if u can help me with my plants

From the lil knowledge i have so far in growing. It looks like heat stress but i may be wrong. The plant overall like ui said looks good, Question how do u get the to veg so strong at the begining of the plants life all my seeds tend to grow tall than veg.
