I think the only advantage of being upside down is, the "downtake" of nutes. Seems to make me think it flows better. If the plant just hooks up, i would think we loose the advantage of the ez of the flow. The plant has to work to transfer it up the stem. I'm learning how to train the plants...

Just germed 4 ww, this is my 5th grow outside. Sowed 4-20, still have not popped out fo the soil yet tho. Will take pics as soon as the 1st one pops up. If we get enough posters ill keep it going with updates ever few days at the most. i also am moving soon, and want to try a auto flowering...

i'm familiar with that soil. just dig about a foot down, and a pretty decent sized circle. get it mixed up and air-rated real well. ive noticed the darker the soil here the less sand. hope your going to atleast feed them. Every one make sure your plots aren't dry swamps at the moment.
