Might want to kick on the fan. 107 is 27 to high. +/- a few degrees. 90% is only good for sprouts for the 1st few days. Both problems should get kicked down a bit with the fan on. What cfm dose your fan pull? I'm sure its plenty. You must get those numbers down! ASAP
