Actually I just realized, you have about 4 1/2 ft. That should be plenty for a 250w. I have almost 6 ft. of head space, and I'm going to be upgrading to a 400w soon.

If your room is only a little over 4 ft. tall You probably want to stick to a bunch of CFLs, when the plants grow you'll run out of room quick, unless you keep them on the smaller side. I have a 250w in my closet that is only a lil over 60 in. tall

How many plant's you gonna do? Your lights are not based so much on the size of your room, but how many plants you want to put in it.

Yes, you can find unsulphured molasses anywhere, as for the Tiger Bloom. You'd need to find a hydro shop in your area, or online : )

Depends really, does it already contain perlite? I always like to add perlite, but I've never used Fox Farm. I like about 25-30% perlite. I also always add Garden Lime, it keeps PH in check. That's just my mix tho, this is one of those touchy subjects that every grower needs to find for...
