1. IN my Veg setup i am running 4 T5 54W High-output Fluorescent Tube are these really good for Veg? Are they good for the full Veg stage? 2. I have a bluelab to test the PPm what is CF? and EC? what one should i be looking at. when i test the Tap water i am at 840ppm CF12 and 600ppm Ec 1.2...
