Some feminized plants will produce seeds they can turn hermie under stressful conditions and dont take off any more nuggets cause it can stunt its growth. Just wait itll be worh it.

I wouldnt feed the plants until it gets a little bigger. The cfls do promote growth but they are not as good as a Mh bulb. Give em time. Theyll grow and one watering for a small plant should last at least a week. Dont water until soil is dry.
